SMSU Football and College Life by Derek Townsend for 10/29/2008Hey guys, wow, it's been a while since I have been on here, sorry about that. First of all, wanted to congratulate the Jackets on their fantastic season, and congrats to the new coach on his success and having the kids believe in the program. We have really improved up here we are 4-5 right now and have 2 games left that we should win, which is a vast improvement from 2-9 last year !! Everyone is playing together and feeling good about the program's direction. We just built a new football stadium that also houses the soccer team, it's really nice and is built after the Creighton soccer stadium, it looks very similar. Well, that's about it, congrats to the Football squad and take it to Ottumwa boys !! DT
